Will you damage my car getting in?
No. We use professional non-destructive tools designed to open the car cleanly. Forcing or breaking glass is not part of a standard lockout.
My child is locked in the car — what do I do?
Call us straight away and say so — anyone or any pet locked inside is treated as an emergency and prioritised. If there's any immediate danger, call 999 first.
Do you need proof the car is mine?
Yes. For your protection we'll ask for ID and proof you're entitled to the vehicle before we open it.
